Once you have selected your Squishy Box subscription and submitted your information, your payment will be processed. Depending on your subscription plan (monthly, 3 month, 6 month), automatic renewal will take place on the 15th of the month.
The cut-off date for new subscriptions, to receive the new month's Squishy Box, is the 4th of every month. For example, if you join The Squishy Box on December 5th through January 4th, you will receive your first shipment in January.
When will my Squishy Box ship?
Your Squishy Box will ship between the 7th and 9th of each month. For example, your Squishy Box for December will ship out between December 7th and 9th.

Subscriptions ship from West Bloomfield, Michigan.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, New Zealand and Australia. But we plan to add additional countries in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE to all US addresses and ships USPS First Class Mail.
We offer a $12.00 Flat Rate Shipping Fee for each month to all Canadian addresses and ships USPS First Class International Mail.
We offer a $19.00 Flat Rate Shipping Fee for each month to all United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, New Zealand and Australia addresses and ships USPS First Class International Mail.
Estimated delivery time for International Addresses: 7-21 business days from time of shipping. However, shipping time may vary depending on the country the order is being delivered to and delays at Customs. Additional custom fees may be applicable at time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Squishy Box is not responsible for the delivery of orders when an incorrect shipping address is provided by you when you place your order. In addition, The Squishy Box will not provide a refund or re-ship your order under these circumstances.

What if I need to cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please login to your account, click "edit" under "your subscriptions" and click "cancel."
